Role Overview:
This is a part-time, paid internship for a duration of 3 months with the potential for extension based on mutual agreement. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our business development team, gaining valuable experience and insights into the sales process. This internship will provide you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in a sales career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and cultivate new leads and markets through enthusiastic and charismatic engagement. Leverage both existing networks and our robust portfolio to drive a steady stream of business in website and mobile app development.
- Market Penetration: Utilize advanced marketing and sales tools (such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Pipedrive) to create and manage effective campaigns that open new funnels and opportunities for business growth.
- Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly targets, with an expected benchmark of 10 websites/apps per month, while benefiting from a structured ramp-up period to grow into this goal.
- Strategic Growth: Embark on a path to becoming a Business Development Manager, with opportunities to diversify into selling comprehensive digital transformation solutions, including cloud migrations, DevOps transformations, and agile coaching/transformations.

- Ability to leverage professional networks to generate a consistent flow of projects.
- Familiarity with key marketing and sales tools is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Compensation:
Sales Interns will receive a 10% commission for closed clients. QPC will also provide substantial non-monetary compensation including:
