Role Overview:
This is an unpaid, part-time role for an initial term of 3 months, with the opportunity for extension based on mutual agreement. The Intern will collaborate across various teams, which may include sales, social media, and business growth, playing a supportive role in executing the vision and roadmap outlined by our Product Owners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vision Support: Strive to understand and support the implementation of the strategic vision and roadmap developed by the Product Owner, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals.
- Active Team Engagement: Follow the lead and direction of the Senior Intern, contributing to the adherence of the Product Owner’s vision through active participation in team activities.
- Task Management: Take responsibility for comprehending tasks, engaging in research, asking relevant questions, and seeking innovative solutions to challenges that arise.
- Technical Contributions: When applicable, participate in technical tasks such as coding, contributing to the development and implementation of project components.
- Agile Involvement: Engage in daily 15-minute standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring active involvement in the agile process.
- Project Demonstration: Prepare for and participate in bi-weekly demonstrations of work completed, showcasing progress and learning from each sprint cycle.

Compensation:
Interns will receive a 10% commission for closed client sales. QPC will also provide substantial non-monetary compensation including:
